  • Freeze some GINJAN in an ice ball tray
  • top with Whiskey (we recommend Angel’s Envy, but any great American Bourbon will do)
  • Let the flavors of the vanilla and anise add complexity, while the ginger gives you a warm finish that complements the “burn” of the spirit.
  • seasonal garnish with cinnamon sticks and fresh apple
