The Rirakkusu

  • 2 oz. dry gin (Hendrick’s will do)
  • 1 oz. Ginjan Bissap
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white (if you like)
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Shake all the ingredients with ice then strain into a tin. Shake one more time without ice, then double strain into a chilled rocks glass. add a black pepper and salt rim if you wish.
